Original Item: Only One set Available. This is a very nice set of Genuine Vintage WWII cold weather lambskin flight mittens gloves, with trigger fingers. Condition of these gloves is very good, with expected wear from age and storage. The brown finished leather is supple with no stains, cracks or open stitching. The top mounted zippers still open, though they do show oxidation and verdigris build up. The leather pull tab has snapped of the zipper pull on the left glove. The lining is woven fleece inside the wrist cover, while further inside is curly white lamb's wool. These appear to be a size small, though only the right glove has an intact size tag.

These gloves were used by Naval Aviators and Air Crew during flight, to keep their hands warm while still allowing the trigger finger to be used.  Each is marked in silver paint with U-S-N in a rectangle. A really nice set, ready to add to your collection!
