Jagger Spun has been spinning high quality yarns right here in Maine since the 1880s.  All of their yarns are worsted-spun which gives them amazing stitch definition.  

This 100% Superwash treated Merino Lambswool in solid and heather shades works up beautifully for all those special projects you have in mind.  Garments made from this yarn will not shrink or fade.

Mousam Falls will retain its integrity after myriad machine washings and dryings.

Jagger Spun has announced that they are going out of business. These yarns will not be available again. We received the Ecru colorway on cones, because it is a favorite and they are completely out of the standard skeins. The cones are labeled as "Super Lamb", but Jagger has assured us that these are the same yarns.

Please note, this yarn is labeled as aran weight, but the twist on this is very tight so it looks lighter.
